Adult Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Adult Support Specialist in Bicester, Oxfordshire. As a valued member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to individuals with autism in a residential setting
- To promote independence and empowerment among service users
- To maintain accurate records of service user information and progress
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of autism and its impact on individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £25,350 per annum, paid bi-weekly
- Overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours
- Paid induction and training opportunities
Working Hours:
7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (shift rota basis)
