Business Development Manager Opportunity
Minerva Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Sales and Account Management Professional to join our dynamic team in Southend. This role offers a competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000 plus uncapped commission opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and generating new business leads through targeted outbound calls and strategic prospecting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries with a proactive approach, identifying potential upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Upselling: Identify and present additional services or products to existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls and strategic prospecting.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
