Are you a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our team at Brandon James Ltd in Glasgow.

This role offers a unique chance to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including Higher Education, Residential, Commercial Developments, Hotels, Leisure, Retail, and Restoration. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in construction project management. You will have a degree in a construction-related field and be progressing towards or have achieved a professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB. Your experience in construction procurement and contracts, particularly JCT & NEC, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
