Talent Acquisition Manager Job Summary
Riverside Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Carlisle. As a Labour Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients have the right labour to meet their production needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing processes to review labour establishment, managing overtime spend, and developing a labour management system that minimizes idle time and maximizes productivity. You will also support training plans to mitigate any skills issues and deliver ongoing training programs to meet production volumes.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and practical skills. You must be able to manage both short-term and long-term goals, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review labour establishment to ensure alignment with customer demand.
  • Manage overtime spend vs agreed budget to minimize costs.
  • Develop a Labour Management system and process to optimize labour utilization.
  • Support training plans to mitigate any skills issues and deliver ongoing training programs to meet production volumes.
  • Produce a process plan that minimizes overtime and mitigates idle time.
  • Manage the relationship with agency providers to secure high-quality candidates.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave, will also be offered.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Labour Management or Recruitment role in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
