Insurance Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product Specialist to join our client, a dynamic insurance house, in a pivotal role. As part of this team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative insurance products that drive growth and success.

The successful candidate will have extensive background in product development and customer-facing journey optimization in regulated environments. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data and customer insights, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the insurance sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product development decisions
• Collaborating with development and testing teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
• Working with the commercial team to prioritize opportunities based on business value and customer impact
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery
• Building and leading a high-performing product development team focused on data-driven decision-making and UX principles
• Developing, motivating, and managing employees at all levels to maximize performance
• Partnering with architecture, development, marketing, and partnerships teams to deliver best-in-class products
• Driving customer-centric product development by analyzing customer feedback and addressing pain points
• Leveraging conversion optimization tools and data insights to validate ideas and implement improvements

This role offers a salary range of £80,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
