The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd provides short-term funding solutions to individuals and organisations in England and Wales. Our client is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive their B2B Sales strategy forward.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Sales Team Member - Bridging Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for introducing our products and services to potential intermediary partners, maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions via a CRM platform, and driving sales growth through effective lead follow-up.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,900 plus commission, a company pension, death in service from Day One, daily parking paid for by the company, and plenty of fun company social events.
