Housing Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Housing Support Specialist to join our team in Ashford. As a key member of our housing services, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality neighbourhood-based housing service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Vulnerable Tenants: Conduct regular welfare checks and make safeguarding referrals when necessary.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with essential landlord duties, including routine safety checks on gas and electrical systems.
- Partner with Agencies: Collaborate with partner agencies to address anti-social behaviour and provide support to vulnerable tenants.
The ideal candidate will have a background in housing management and a comprehensive understanding of housing-related legislation, ASB management, and welfare benefits. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:The salary for this role is £16,500 - £19,500 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and a supportive work environment.
