Change Enablement Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Change Enablement Lead. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the transformation of colleague experience delivery activities, implementing change programmes that support strategic goals and objectives within Colleague Services and the People team. The successful candidate will lead, drive, and support the change management efforts associated with the development and implementation of People strategy transformation. They will ensure all change programmes align with relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards and proactively address any compliance issues that may arise.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver transformation initiatives
• Ensure all change programmes align with local laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Proactively identify opportunities for further transformation and improvements
• Effectively project manage all change activities and produce relevant reports
• Identify and draw on the right resources and team input to inspire change
• Ensure all solutions are designed to support British Airways' strategic goal of Colleague Centricity and Efficient Execution
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and people management skills. You should have a collaborative working style, adept project management abilities, and a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. A business-centric approach and ability to assess project/programme outcomes to inform future strategies are also essential.
Salary
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
