Job Title: Learning Enabler for Children and Teenagers

We are ClassRoom Support, a leading provider of educational services dedicated to empowering children and teenagers with special educational needs. We seek a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Enabler for Children and Teenagers.

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and teenagers with special educational needs. As a Learning Enabler, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide personalized support and guidance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, meeting their unique requirements in the classroom;
  • Collaborating with teachers to implement tailored learning plans and behavior management strategies;
  • Creating a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being;
  • Communicating effectively with parents and other professionals involved in students' care, ensuring a comprehensive approach;

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with ASD and/or ADHD is essential;
  • A strong understanding of special educational support strategies and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents;
  • Relevant certifications or training in special educational needs is desirable;
