Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
  • A genuine commitment to education and supporting students with diverse requirements.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a teaching or support capacity.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Valid child and adult enhanced DBS registration or a willingness to obtain one.
