Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Empowering Learning's Outstanding rated Primary School in Hounslow seeks a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The role involves providing support to children in groups and 1:1 settings, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning difficulties.

Responsibilities
  • Support children in small group sessions, promoting engagement and motivation in learning
  • Offer individualized support to children with SEN needs, tailoring teaching methods to meet their unique requirements
  • Assist teachers with daily class duties and educational activities, ensuring a seamless delivery of the curriculum
Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary of £85,000 per annum will be offered, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment.
