We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Guest Service Assistant to join our front desk team at DoubleTree by Hilton ExCeL. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities">

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently

  • Managing the front desk operations, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies

Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant training preferred
