Richmond and Wandsworth Councils is seeking a skilled Transitional Accommodation Liaison to join our Future First team.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

About the Role:

  • To provide supportive relationships with care leavers in transitional accommodation, promoting independence and well-being.
  • To maintain effective communication with neighbours and Scheme staff, addressing concerns and reporting necessary repairs or damage.
  • To facilitate access for contractors to carry out repairs and ensure communal areas are kept clean.
  • To monitor lighting and fire safety systems, reporting any issues to the Housing Manager.
  • To participate in supervision or training meetings as required.
