  • Ensuring the high-quality performance and practice of the team, balancing quality with performance measures.

  • Seeking feedback from children, young people, and families through quality assurance work, learning from complaints and compliments.
  • Completing routine quality assurance work to embed learning within team culture and practice.

  • Prioritizing performance management tasks to drive continuous improvement, learning, and development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

  • A Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of UK legislation relevant to children and families.
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and their families.
