About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team at The Cambian Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and providing invaluable support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
  • Providing supervision and guidance to support workers to ensure they are meeting the needs of the children and young people.
  • Working on a rota basis, including sleep-ins, to ensure the needs of the children and young people are met at all times.
  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team in residential care.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Ability to assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
  • Full UK driving licence.
