Job Overview:

You will be working as a Support Worker in a school environment, assisting vulnerable children with mental health challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and skills in supporting young people with SEMH needs.

The role involves providing support to students who require additional help with their emotional and behavioral needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to promote positive behavior and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification in English and maths
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Salary: £85-120 per day

Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
