Job Title: Vulnerable Children Assistant

We are seeking a committed and caring individual to assist our team in providing support to vulnerable children in their school environment.

About the Role:
  • Assist students with SEMH and personal needs, including elements of personal care when required.
  • Help with self-regulation activities and techniques to aid students in achieving calm and regulated moods.
  • Work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with SEMH and personal needs, including elements of personal care when required.

• Help students develop self-regulation skills through activities and techniques.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children or individuals with SEMH and SEN.
  • A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures and protocols.
  • An ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
