Children's Home Team Leader

As a Residential Childrens Support Worker/Team Leader with Essential Staffing Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children in a residential setting. Key Accountabilities:- Implement care plans, risk assessments, and key working sessions to ensure the well-being of children.
- Maintain effective relationships with children, families, and external agencies.

- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the organization's objectives.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
