We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our esteemed boutique hotel in central London. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing exquisite desserts and pastries for our operations, including breakfast, restaurants, and banqueting.

You will have experience in pastry at Senior CDP/Junior Sous level in 5* hotels or at least 2AA rosette standard restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be contracted to 45 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pastry menus for our hotel operations
  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to ensure high-quality pastry production
  • Manage pastry inventory and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in pastry at Senior CDP/Junior Sous level in 5* hotels or at least 2AA rosette standard restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
