We are currently seeking a highly skilled Office Management Professional to join our team at Page Personnel Finance in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known brand on a temporary 8-12 weeks contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective office policies and administrative systems
  • Organize meetings, events, and conferences with ease
  • Liaise with employees at all levels, including senior management
  • Handle telephone calls, letters, reports, and other correspondence
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and resources
  • Delegate tasks to the administrative team
  • Promote staff training and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Availability for a temporary assignment
  • Immediate availability
  • A preference for experience as an Office Manager within a Retail or Fashion Industry, but not essential
