Office Management Assistant

Job Description:
United Pharma is hiring an Office Management Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in financial software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to optimize productivity.
- Support financial tasks using QuickBooks and Sage, including account reconciliation and financial record maintenance.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Assist with payroll tasks, guaranteeing seamless employee payments and benefits administration.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, with a focus on financial operations.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software to manage financial data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal errors.
Work Arrangements:
- Full-time position with Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Professional Experience:
- QuickBooks: 5 years of experience (required).
- Bookkeeping: 3 years of experience (required).
Languages:
- English (required).
Work Location: In-person work at United Pharma.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
