Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team at United Pharma. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in QuickBooks and Sage, as well as 3 years of bookkeeping experience. They will be responsible for managing office activities, handling communications, and performing account reconciliation.

Salary and Benefits

  • Estimated salary: $60,000 per year
  • Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • QuickBooks and Sage proficiency required

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  3. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Sage
  4. Perform account reconciliation and maintain financial records
  5. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  6. Assist with payroll tasks
  7. Conduct bank reconciliations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
