Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (£50,000 OTE) & Car Allowance
Working Hours: 5-day week - Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm, 1 Saturday off a month

Pear Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and proactive New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client's team.
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will report to the New Homes Sales Manager and be responsible for delivering sales on our client's new homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales on our client's new homes
- Work closely with the New Homes Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and support
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000
- OTE of £50,000
- Car allowance
- Opportunity to work with a reputable client in the new homes industry
