New Homes Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Pear Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales on our client's development, identifying and maximising new homes sales opportunities, and working collaboratively to ensure all budgeted sales figures are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Work closely with the New Homes Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the new homes market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver with own car required
