About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Homes Sales Consultant at an exciting new development in Watford.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by guiding customers through the home-buying process, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about the development and available properties, being a font of knowledge about the local area.
  • Achieve sales targets by engaging with prospective buyers, conducting viewings, and negotiation.
  • Deliver 5-star customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in one of the following industries: Estate agency (lettings or sales), New Homes sales, luxury retail, airlines, or similar industries.

You should have some sales experience and be able to negotiate a deal, as well as deliver excellent customer service and be a people person.
