About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by guiding customers through the home-buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective buyers, conduct viewings, and negotiate deals while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about the development and available properties, showcasing your knowledge of the local area.
  • Enjoy a basic salary of £32k and an OTE of £60k, providing a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.
  • Work a flexible schedule with weekends included, but with guaranteed 2 days off together during the week and at least 1 full weekend off per month.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with experience in estate agency, new homes sales, luxury retail, airlines, or similar industries. You should have some sales experience and be able to negotiate effectively. Excellent customer service skills and a people-focused approach are essential.
