Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Consultant for Luxury Developments, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying process, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by engaging with prospective buyers, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals
  • Stay informed about the development and available properties, being a font of knowledge of the local area
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a basic salary of £32k and OTE of £60k

About You

  • You should have experience in one of the following industries: Estate agency (lettings or sales), New Homes sales, luxury retail, airlines, or similar industries
  • You will have some sales experience and be able to negotiate a deal
  • You must be able to deliver excellent customer service & be a people person
