About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Homes Sales Consultant at an exciting new development in Watford.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail sales, lettings, estate agency sales, or similar industries, and will be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by guiding customers through the home-buying process, including engaging with prospective buyers, conducting viewings, and negotiation.
  • Stay informed about the development and available properties, being a font of knowledge of the local area.
  • Enjoy a basic salary of £32k and OTE of £60k, with a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
  • Work a flexible schedule with weekend working included, but with 2 days off together during the week and a minimum of 1 full weekend off per month.

About You:

  • You should have experience in one of the following industries: Estate agency (lettings or sales), New Homes sales, luxury retail, airlines, or similar industries.
  • You will have some sales experience and be able to negotiate a deal.
  • You must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be a people person.
