* Provide support to the college community in safeguarding cases, working with external agencies and attending meetings on behalf of the college.
* Collaborate with safeguarding leaders to promote student wellbeing and a positive mindset.
* Contribute to the administration of behaviour management procedures and assist in implementing an effective wellbeing strategy for staff and students.
* Make referrals, manage a caseload of students with a variety of support requirements, and take on the role of designated safeguarding officer on a rota basis.
* Represent the college at external multiagency meetings and provide front-line wellbeing support for students.
* Collect data and report on safeguarding, wellbeing, and student participation, maintaining clear communication and consistency of approach with other safeguarding teams.
