About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Student Services team as a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer. This is a term-time, full-time position based at Windsor, where you will play a vital role in supporting the college community in safeguarding cases, working with external agencies, and promoting student wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the college community in safeguarding cases, working with external agencies, and attending meetings on behalf of the college.
  • Collaborate with safeguarding leaders to promote student wellbeing and a positive mindset.
  • Contribute to the administration of behaviour management procedures and assist in implementing an effective wellbeing strategy for staff and students.
  • Make referrals, manage a caseload of students with a variety of support requirements, and take on the role of designated safeguarding officer on a rota basis.
  • Represent the college at external multiagency meetings and provide front-line wellbeing support for students.
  • Collect data and report on safeguarding, wellbeing, and student participation, maintaining clear communication and consistency of approach with other safeguarding teams.
