We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM and retention professional to lead our customer experience transformation initiative.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to craft personalized customer journeys across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in CRM, customer retention, and email marketing, with a deep understanding of segmentation, audience building, and customer journey optimization.

You will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to support cross-channel campaigns and automations that drive results.

Job Summary:

Lead the development of a best-in-class CRM program using best-of-breed technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the CRM technology stack, including CRM, CDP, ESP, and personalization tools.
  • Driving improvements in customer experience, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven decision making.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy.
