Infrastructure Sales and Service Executive

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing client base.
Your primary focus will be on understanding clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored IT solutions and services. You will also be responsible for regularly reviewing and analysing client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- You will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and excellent communication skills to build trust with clients.
- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic relationships and partnerships.
- You will maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account status using CRM software.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure sales, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to stay current with IT industry trends and developments.
This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity with a competitive salary up to 40K-50K + commission, healthcare scheme, pension, and social events.
