About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Salesforce Product Manager / Functional Consultant to spearhead the optimization and automation of our system, driving business value across our growth teams' technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Custom Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions to enhance business performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity and manage processes to protect customer and business data, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Customize User Experience: Customize user experience with appropriate layouts, features, and access levels to improve user adoption and productivity.
  • Conduct Training and Provide Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Advocate for AI and Automation: Advocate for and incorporate AI and automation tools within Salesforce to drive business value and improve decision-making.
  • Champion Self-Serve Reporting: Champion self-serve reporting tools for data-driven decision making and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build value-driving solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead Salesforce Adoption: Lead efforts to introduce and encourage adoption of new Salesforce features and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven Salesforce Experience: Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud and / or Account Engagement.
  • Multiple Salesforce Certifications: Multiple relevant Salesforce Certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to Salesforce best practices.
  • Strong Salesforce Adoption Track Record: Strong track record of driving Salesforce adoption across departments, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Ability to understand complex problems and work closely with end-users to solve them, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical and Business Acumen: Skilled at explaining technical concepts simply, with a strong understanding of business operations and technology landscapes.
  • Passion for Building Efficient Systems: Passionate about building efficient systems and processes, with a focus on driving business value and growth.
  • Experience with AI and Automation: Excited to work hands-on with AI and automation, with a strong understanding of their potential to drive business value.
  • Previous Salesforce Experience: Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, BA, or in a related SF business role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
