We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator / Consultant to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Salesforce Administrator / Consultant, you will be responsible for driving adoption and user engagement with the platform across multiple departments to create real value, both in terms of quick wins and longer-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize user experience, ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features, and access levels
  • Identify process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Use AI and automation tools within Salesforce to boost productivity
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical people

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including administration and implementation
  • Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
