We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator/Consultant to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and user engagement with the Salesforce platform across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Work with users to gain a full understanding of their processes and solve any issues or blockers.
- Identify process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Customise user experience, ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features and access levels.
- Implement AI and automation tools within Salesforce to boost productivity.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical people.
