Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our existing client base, as well as warm leads, to deliver real value and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering solutions that meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Utilize data analysis and market research to inform sales decisions and stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in technical products or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and sales environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions
