Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. Based in Barnet and Potters Bar, London, this role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our 85-bed care home meets its occupancy and revenue targets. This will involve regular liaison with local hospitals and stakeholders, promoting the home within the local community, and developing strong relationships with community groups.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the care home industry is essential for success in this position.
- In conjunction with the Home Manager, the Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist will act as a public figurehead for the development of new business and determine the range of services to be sold.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, consultative sales abilities, and experience in enquiry management. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating sufficient private enquiry leads to maintain the desired occupancy level.
- Cementing the home's place at the heart of the community.
- Achieving these objectives through the devising and execution of the quarterly and annual marketing plan, which includes staging community sales-driven events and gaining extensive local press coverage.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with community groups, including schools, charities, and businesses.
Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a clinical background or a care home sales role, with a Sales & Marketing background in social care being preferred.
