Job Title: Head of Commercial Asset Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Asset Management to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and management of commercial assets, ensuring high-quality service and delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the production team to deliver high-quality commercial assets on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and quality.
  4. Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Manage budgets and financial requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Provide performance and financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  7. Purchase and manage commercial assets from a preferred supply chain, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  8. Manage supplier reporting and daily performance, ensuring high-quality and service.
  9. Lead and manage a team, monitoring and reviewing performance, and ensuring customer service is of the highest standard.
  10. Ensure compliance with company ISO procedures and maintain all necessary documentation.
  11. Recruit, train, and develop staff accordingly.
  12. Deliver value for money innovation or production savings, measure and report.
  13. Generate ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market place, competitors, and trends.
  14. Translate the clients' strategic goals into retail production operations.
  15. Instigate and implement procedures and process improvements to maximise capacity of the team and work smart.
  16. Develop a deep understanding of competitive landscape and customer knowledge.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial asset management, print production, and technology. You should possess excellent communication, customer-facing, and senior team management skills. You should also have a deep understanding of the market place, competitors, and trends.
