Head of Commercial Asset Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Asset Management to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and management of commercial assets, ensuring high-quality service and delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production team to deliver high-quality commercial assets on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage budgets and financial requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide performance and financial reports to senior management.
- Purchase and manage commercial assets from a preferred supply chain, ensuring high-quality and service.
- Manage supplier reporting and daily performance, ensuring high-quality and service.
- Lead and manage a team, monitoring and reviewing staff performance, and ensuring customer service is of the highest standard.
- Ensure compliance with company ISO procedures and avoid non-conformance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff accordingly.
- Deliver value for money innovation or production savings, measure and report.
- Generate ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market place, competitors, and trends.
- Translate the clients' strategic goals into retail production operations.
- Instigate and implement procedures and process improvements to maximise capacity of the team and work smart.
- Develop a deep understanding of competitive landscape and customer knowledge.
Requirements:
We are looking for a resourceful, positive, commercial, and enthusiastic individual with extensive experience in delivering retail campaigns for complex retail estates and superior technical large format/POS print knowledge. Knowledge of leading-edge production and manufacturing capabilities, and experience managing and buying print services – particularly screen printing, digital printing (large and wide format) – are also highly sought-after assets for this role.
