Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Strategy & Transformation department as a Head of Asset Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change programme to drive business improvement and transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define and deliver strategic objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals to manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors, consultants, and agencies.
  • Manage project-level and portfolio-level financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering change and improvement programmes in an investment business context.
  • Proven track-record of influencing and relationship-building skills at a senior level.
  • High level of structure and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Technology proficient, with experience in using various systems, applications, and software.
