About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Change programme at Jupiter Asset Management Ltd. As Head of Asset Management Transformation, you will be responsible for driving strategic change and improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change programme to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and deliver strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex change projects, ensuring effective governance and control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors, consultants, and agencies to support Change initiatives.
  • Manage project-level and portfolio-level financials, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to governance forums and senior management.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering change in an investment business context, with a proven track-record of achieving defined objectives.
  • Familiarity with the Asset Management industry, client trends, competitor landscape, regulatory and operational frameworks.
  • Proven record of influencing and relationship-building skills at a senior level.
  • High level of structure and organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Technology proficient, with experience in using various systems, applications, and software.
