Head of CRM Transformation

Insight Investment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the CRM transformation initiative. As the business owner for the CRM application, the successful candidate will drive the development of a robust and user-friendly platform that meets the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver a user-centric CRM solution
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain a positive interface between business users and IT teams
  • Drive the development of the CRM platform and ensure it remains fit for purpose
  • Work with users to promote best practice in CRM use and provide training and support
  • Ensure the CRM platform delivers business insights and a positive ROI
  • Analyse data and present business insights to senior leadership teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM transformation and implementation
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and how CRM can support it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly numerate and articulate with a good feel for data structure and analysis
  • Organised and disciplined in planning
  • Able to explain complex concepts and present clearly
