Job Title: Head of Commercial Asset Management

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Commercial Asset Management team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams and driving innovation in our solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive innovation in our solutions for clients through partnerships with product specialists and subject matter experts.
  • Oversee client credit relationships, coordinating and supervising the entire process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies at all times.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking, including strong commercial credit knowledge and an ability to quickly learn new products and services.
  • Provide solutions to bank clients across the entire set of Citi capabilities.
  • Manage a team, including management of people, budget, and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred and managerial experience.
  • Honesty, integrity, and reputation.
  • Financial soundness.
  • Competence and capability.
