Academic Educator for Children with Learning Disabilities

Rikama Education is currently working with a secondary school in the London Borough who are looking for an SEN Teacher to join their team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where staff are positive and helpful, and the children are a delight to teach. The school caters for children with learning difficulties (as well as associated needs) and offers a broad timetable of classes and activities.
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching up to KS3 (possibly KS4) in various subjects, including English, Humanities, and ICT. You must also be comfortable filling in gaps in the timetable and providing support to students who require it. Ideally, you will have experience teaching children of secondary age who are learning at a primary level, making this role suitable for both primary and secondary backgrounds.
The successful candidate will receive a long-term contract with the potential to go permanent at this school, excellent rates of pay, and dedicated training and support. If you are passionate about supporting learners with special educational needs, please apply with your updated CV.
