This role involves working closely with highly complex pupils, aged 11-19, who require support with developing their day-to-day and academic skills, as well as their social emotional needs.
The Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored learning activities for complex pupils under the supervision of experienced teachers
- Cover classes to complement teacher work, taking responsibility for agreed learning outcomes
- Provide targeted interventions and support for pupils across the school
