We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Sales Support Operations Manager at Banner Lane, a leading high-tech electronics company specializing in advanced systems for military, broadcast, and satellite communications.

Job Description:
  • Manage the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer experiences
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and develop the team to achieve their individual objectives and business goals

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer support teams and driving operational efficiency, with a strong focus on innovation and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, improve, and own the customer support function systems, procedures, and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity
  2. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment between the CS team, Sales team, and other departments to drive organizational success
  3. Work closely with the GDoS to generate demand and pre-sales activities, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality inbound sales leads and insights
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer-related data on the CRM system to facilitate effective use
  5. Respond to customer inquiries with technical and commercial assistance, providing timely and effective resolutions
  6. Produce regular team performance and sales reports and insights to inform business decisions

An estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
