The Sales Team Lead will play a key role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:


Main Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing effective strategies
  • Maintaining cost and stock control

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £42,000 - £52,000, depending on experience and qualifications.


Requirements
  • Previous retail experience in roles such as Assistant Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
