Sales and Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Success Lead to join our team at Banner Lane.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our customer support function and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to exercise excellent judgement on how and when to intervene to keep the team on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Support Department
- Coach, mentor, motivate and develop the customer support team
- Develop, improve and own the customer support function systems, procedures and processes
- Work with the GDoS on demand generation & pre-sales activities
- Maintain high quality level of customer related data on the CRM system
