About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at pupils achieving their full potential in all areas of learning. This will involve working closely with class teachers to maintain good order and discipline among pupils, managing behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.

The role also involves covering and leading class teaching under supervision, as well as contributing to effective assessment and planning by supporting the monitoring, recording and reporting of pupil performance and progress.
