Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with SEN and wants to make a real difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality support to students with SEN, with a strong understanding of the challenges they face and the strategies that can help them succeed. You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, delivering engaging lessons during PPA time, and working closely with teachers to ensure seamless transitions between lessons.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons during PPA time.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as HLTA or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEN and supporting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
